I’ve been looking forward to Samantha & Jeff’s wedding all year. I mean how could I not? Intimate backyard ceremony in Lawrenceville… cool urban photos in the Strip… Cocktail style reception at Pittsburgh Opera… Big Burrito catering… Yes please!
Samantha and Jeff met in graduate law school and quickly became close friends. After dating for awhile Jeff proposed on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail close to their home, which they walked often. They didn’t want a typical ballroom wedding since a lot of out of town friends and family would be attending, and they wanted the opportunity to really talk to the guests and enjoy their reception, and most importantly for everyone to enjoy themselves and have a great, relaxed time. Their wedding featured many of their favorite things from around Pittsburgh: wine from Pittsburgh Winery, wedding favors from Piebird, Southern Tier beer (yum!), Pittsburgh Popcorn, and Asher’s Chocolate.
